IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

The minimum order size for items to be delivered is a total of £100. If order is below this then items can be collected from us. If items for hire result to below £100 then we can arrange to deliver at extra cost.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

The best way to place an order is to get in contact with us using the contact form. Just write down the SKU numbers of the products and where to be delivered and a date of the event, and we will get back in touch with you with a quote.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

The prices shown are for a daily rate. Some products though i.e. Fun Casino Tables/Selfie Sofa Walls/Event Bars etc prices may vary so best to get in touch with your requirements. We are a friendly bunch and will help you out as best we can.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

As soon as you can. Its best to get in touch and book your items in especially for weddings etc as our items are very popular.

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Our Mobiles are on all the time so you can contact us with any queries once you have hired from us.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon booking with the rest of the monies paid upon delivery of goods. There maybe a damage deposit required on some items if left in your posession which is refundable when items are returned in original order.
